How old do I have to be to start Parkour or Freerunning?

The best time to start parkour and freeruning is around ages of 5 – 15. However if you are older but having the will to train nothing will get in your way.

Is it safe for my kids to start parkour at a very young age?

Although it is best for them to start at a young age, their training will not be full-out Parkour, but just the basic gymnastics classes to help them become more flexible and powerful.

Do I have to be fit to start parkour?

You don’t have to be extremely fit, Parkour training and basic moves will help you get in shape.

Should I be worried about injuries?

You can expect few bruises and scrapes, but nothing seriously dangerous if you follow your coaches instructions ans tips.

How long does it take to see good results?

You need around 6 months plus to begin witnessing some real improvements with your Parkour level. But eventually, it depends from one person to another.

How does Parkour affect my body?

It does not only build strength but also endurance, it increases agility, stamina , balance, flexibility …
In addition your nervous system will adapt in response to the demands of Parkour.
